Apple Cider
For those of you not fortunate enough to live in Apple country, please take these rules for Apple cider to note.

  1. Apple Cider should never be pasteurized .
  2. Apple Cider should not look like apple “juice”

And really, that’s about it. Unfortunately, if you buy cider from a big box, it is going to taste like ass. That’s just the way the cookie crumbles. No corporate crazies are going to sell an unpasteurized juice product, and frankly, who would want to take the risk when it is produced assembly style by the same sort of people that stole our spinach? Since real cider is un-pastuerized, it should always be consumed from your local cider mill. Fresh, and natural. If you dont have a fresh cider mill around (You live in.. um, some crappy state that grows no apples). Perhaps you can buy it online? Or just buy the fermented kind, you know, the booze.
